In the even that one city were to “go down” for some reason (natural disaster, power outage, etc), the phone system and software systems are setup such that the calls automatically roll to one of our sister cities. Avalon uses Voyageur Reserve software which allows to have multiple office locations nationwide and still all be linked to a single software database.
